FRSC partner NEMA, NSCDC to ensure safer roads, effective emergency response framework

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) said it will partner National Emergency Management Agency and Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) to ensure safer roads, effective emergency response framework in Kano 

The Sector Commander Kano command, CC Umar Matazu, disclose this when he paid a courtesy visit to the two agencies.

He said strategic goals of fostering collaboration and strengthening relationships with critical stakeholders.

This is contained in a statement signed and issued to newsmen by the Public Relations Officer of the Corps, Abdullahi Labaran in Kano.

"This will enhance collaboration between the FRSC and NSCDC and also cement existing cordial relationship between the two sister agencies.

"To achieve the Corps’ Corporate Strategic Goal One: a 5% reduction in road traffic deaths and injuries through enhanced coordination and response strategies", he said.

Matazu said the visit also underscore  FRSC’s commitment to strengthening partnerships
